The Vision Process
From setting a vision to getting it implemented through planning and emotional buy-in, we can help with the stage that you most need to tackle. We help to iron out any incongruence at any level so that all parts fit and the team has a common, agreed upon way forward. With you, we will design the appropriate use of facilitation, coaching or training as needed.

Teams
It is important to get past the different emotional concepts of what 'team' means and to identify the type of team required to execute the job. A soccer team, for instance, has a huge need for interdependence, reliance and split second co-ordination. A cricket team is a team of specialists and will not interact in the same way. Confusing team types will confuse results. All teams share a need for clearly agreed goals, guiding rules, values and a means of judging performance and our view is that teams are best built in situe, using real work as the platform.

We use the 'value driver' concept of identifying exactly how and where to invest the individual's key performance strengths and maximum energy for the best payback to team, company and career.
